NORTH POLE
The "ancient" side of Evangeline, containing the great civilizations of Greece and Sicily. Though progress isn't frowned upon, preserving the ways of the past is of the utmost importance here.
North's Workshop: Situated on and within a mountain, North's Workshop is hidden from sight within the snow-covered mountain range. A few creatures of lore live there, and others often visit.
Christmas Town: What's this? Why, it's a town that embodies all that is Christmas. There's powder everywhere, the air smells of cakes and pies, and there's an odd tree with a strange door on it not too far from the main square.
EVANGELINE
It is a continent currently driven by progress and/or technology, despite its rich traditional and supernatural roots. The cities range from small towns to bustling metropolises steeped in crime. It is home to the nearly unreachable gods, and it houses the some of the most technologically advanced locations in the world.
West Evangeline
Thebes: A busy and impersonal Grecian city, crawling with crime, shady dealers, and the unfortunate souls who are stuck living there. They seem to have very little luck with natural disasters.
Mount Olympus: The home of the gods and goddesses. Well, most of them. It is unreachable to any and all mortals.
Italy: Vineyards, beautiful Tuscan villas, gondolas, and the sound of the accordion fill the streets and waterways here; it's the ultimate romantic getaway. Part of the Kingdom of Sicily.
Syracuse: A stunning water-front city built on the cliffs of the rocky shoreline, stretching back into the land as far as the eye can see. Syracuse is the capital of the Kingdom of Sicily, is currently ruled by a wife-less King, and is kept safe by the well-guarded Book of Peace.
Central Evangeline
Metrocity: A busy and impersonal city, not unlike its college sport rival, Metroville. Unlike its rival, though, it's only plagued and saved by a single antagonist and protagonist.
Monstropolis: The peaceful and -for all intents and purposes- monstrous version of New York. It's cleverly tucked away from the rest of the world, hiding in plain sight. Humans are not welcome there, though its citizens rely on their screams to power the city.
Twilight Town: A small, peaceful, and close-knit town built on several hills; it's known for Struggle tournaments, as well as never-ending sunsets. Or are they sunrises?
East Evangeline
New York: A modern metropolis, extending to the island of Manhattan. It's a bustling city, filled with skyscrapers, celebrities, crime, and even supposedly by inhuman vigilantes. But that's all newspaper hype, like gators in the sewers... or is it?
Space Port: A large outpost for interstellar travel; it's the only place in the world where aliens freely roam the streets without disguises. Be warned, though; while normal pirates will stick to the Caribbean, space pirates like to hide out here.
Middle America: Ah, quiet suburbia. Cities and towns such as Municiberg can be found here. It's a great place to raise a family, purchase the perfect project home with your childhood friend, find a good arcade on the block corner, or even to settle down with a canine companion.
Metroville: Yet another city, often paralleled -but not to be confused with- Metrocity. Unlike its counterpart, it's designed circa the early '70s, but most notably, the majority of the city's history is seeped in anti-Super legislation, forcing super-powered heroes into hiding.
New Orleans: A bustling city caught in the Roaring Twenties, a time of prohibition in between eras of magic and budding technology. The city is always moving to some sort of jazz... the neighboring bayous and even the shadows seem to share its rhythm.
Arendelle: A small but prosperous Nordic kingdom. Shortly after a new queen was appointed to the throne, it became mysteriously trapped in eternal winter.
England: Home of tea, crumpets, explorers, and scientists, this lovely location has plenty to offer. There's even a rumor that an underground, Queen-ruled topsy-turvy world is located beneath the entire country.
London: England's best-known city; it's most recognizable by its cobblestone streets and large clock tower, Big Ben. It's also renown for urban legends of flying pirate ships and a little-boy-lost who whisks children away.
Ireland: The Emerald Isle and home to ancient castles, blarney stones, monks who design beautiful pages of art, and potatoes. Yet there is undoubtedly strong, ancient presences that live amongst the humans there. Some might even call it magical.
BUENA VISTA
A continent with a unqiue mix of "olde" civilization and nature. Sweeping grasslands and woods mirror great cities of stone and spires, rich with both diverse animal life and classical cultures.
Berk: Teeming with local lore of dragons and other terrifying creatures, chilly Icelandic Berk is home to plenty of brave, courageous, and strong Vikings, always on their toes -or prosthetic- due to local predators.
Scotland: An ancient isle, home to the Scots; ruled by superstition and the sword, legends are still told of the fearsome creatures who used to guard the old castles at night. It's also home to various competing human clans and woodworking witches. The capitol is located in the Highlands, where a brave warrior king and well-mannered queen rule.
France: Bounjour, tout le monde! France is home to fertile farmland, a fruitful wine economy, and both large antique cities and charming provincial towns.
Beast's Castle: A hidden castle deep within the forest; they say a strange and monstrous creature dwells within, though no one has returned to confirm the rumors.
Paris: The capital of France. Known for its impressive chapel, Notre Dame, it also hosts yearly festivals and hides Romani outcasts.
Radiant Gardens: A relatively large city with a castle as its centerpiece; there are multiple levels of housing and businesses there.
Dwarf Woodlands: A mishmash of friendly and sinister woods, the latter which can prove dangerous to the unfamiliar hiker. Rumors say there’s an old diamond mine somewhere deep inside, but those who search for it end up lost long before they find anything.
Kingdom of Corona: This beautiful capital city is built on a large mountainous island with the castle situated at the very top; it's connected to the mainland by a large bridge. They hold a festival of lights each year in memory of a lost princess.
Halloween Town: A small town hidden deep within a particularly terrifying part of the Dwarf Woodlands, completely devoted to providing the world with the most frightening spooks and chills each Halloween. The people who live there truly look horrifying, but they're only in it for the sport; they are, in fact, rather nice once one gets past their gruesome and gory features.
Truffula Valley: A beautiful forest full of exotic creatures and gorgeous waterfalls. It is home to a rare species of tree, which is only native to the valley for which it's named. It is a location that's relatively untraveled; as such, not many people know of its existence, aside from its watchful guardian and the man who privately owns a large section of the land.
Deep Jungle: Known for its thick bamboo woods and tropical forests, many varieties of plant and animal life enjoy riches it offers: gorillas, baboons, monkeys, parrots, colorful insects, and the occasional outcast warthog or meerkat.
Pridelands: A vast and fruitful savannah, watched over and ruled by a large pride of lions; note that the elephant graveyard where hyenas roam is not considered part of its territory.
Spain: The home of the Running of the Bull, diverse in the musical and performing arts. A shining army of conquistadors guard the streets to protect its beauty and residents. Well, with the exception of cheating gamblers and stowaways.
Maldonia: A wealthy country with a Brazilian flair. It is ruled by a responsible Queen and King, though certain other members of the royal family might consider them fuddy-duddies for no longer funding his lavish parties.
Russia: Once ruled by the Czar and his family, now ruled "by the people," this country somehow still manages to harbor forbidden superstition (and undead sorcerers) behind closed doors. There's also a privately-funded search for the lost, adult daughter of the Czar, though no results have been made public.
Disney Academy: A globally-recognized "save haven" for those seeking refuge from and/or answers to the Black Mist; it's the only place on the planet dedicated to finding a way to stop the dark threat.
MIDDLE KINGDOM
A superstitious and traditional continent, home to vast and powerful empires and kingdoms; it's constantly striving towards preserving the ways of the ancients... and sometimes, their magic.
Land of Dragons: These rich farmlands, laden with rice fields and lush mountain scenery, are home to some of the world's finest warriors, who strive for nothing but honor. Ruled over by a wise, old emperor.
New World: Untouched by western society, the New World is home to smaller indigenous groups of peoples who live in-tune with nature. The forests surround a major river, providing life to these peoples. Protip: there isn't any gold here.
El Dorado: But there's tons of it here. In fact, most of the surrounding homes and major gathering places are made of gold. Good luck finding it, though; only few have ever made it here... even fewer have left.
Kuzcotopia: Boom baby. As thick forests meld into horrendous jungle, Kuzcotopia brags quite a bit of their own gold-gilded towers and cascading pyramids. Oh. And a couple of surrounding villages, but you probably don't want to know about those. Or rather, the Emperor dictated that they're not worth talking about.
Fern Gully: A tropical hide-away, untouched by humans for centuries. Though not much is known about the lush paradise, old stories recount the humans having lived in harmony with flora-spawning fairies. But surely that's impossible.
Agrabah: At its centerpiece, a spectacular gold and marble palace looks over a large city, centered over an underground spring. The kingdom is much larger than the city itself, its territory stretching out over countless miles of endless desert. The people seem to enjoy their lives under the rule of the Sultan, despite large gap between wealth and poverty and the harsh laws.
Land of the Black Sand: A very dark and desolate kingdom in the Seven Deserts. Its jet black sands are drenched in eternal night, and its citizens have all been turned into zombie-like minions by the "Sultan". Visitors are not welcome, and very rarely do those who trespass make it out alive.
Egypt: A great civilization built on the Nile River, known for its impressive temples, pyramids, and sphinxes. A pharaoh rules this land with an iron first, intent on making it the most glorious out of all the Seven Desert kingdoms; with a ruler like that, no wonder it's the most politically powerful kingdom in the desert.
CARIBBEAN
A chain of islands known for their balmy weather, white sandy beaches, clear warm waters, and dastardly pirates.
Destiny Islands: A set of two small islands, sequestered from the rest of the world. The people here live peaceful, happy lives, rich with family, friends, and arguably the world's most beautiful sunsets. While this is indeed an island paradise, the people here typically want nothing to do with the rest of the world. As a result, they have long since cut off communication and transportation to the outside world and are completely self-sustained.
Port Royale: A port of refined tastes and high class government, Port Royale prides itself on being one of the most lawfully-reliable and safe in the Caribbean. Beware all pirates; their tolerance for scurvy exploits is slim.
Tortuga: This is a port that never sleeps, unless it's after a hangover. It's home to many rascals, scoundrels, villains, and knaves. If you plan to make it more than ten minutes here, you better have a good word in. Or a good right hook.
Hawaii: A chain of islands, world-renown for the balmy weather, perfect surfing conditions, and beautiful location. Rumor has it that some of the residents look other-wordly, though that hasn't upset the balance of Hawaii's peoples too badly.
WATERS
That wonderful wet stuff in between all the land. It isn't your typical pond water, though, as it has proven to be home to some of the most phenomenal and mysterious places on the globe.
Triton Sea: A particularly cold sea, the Triton Sea is rumored to be inhabited by mermaids and other strange creatures. But that's all sailors' tales, right?
Atlantica: The ocean is home to a great many mysteries, and the city of Atlantica is only one of the biggest mysteries of them all. Home to King Triton and his daughters, the merpeople of the seas all pass through here at least once in their lives, if they don’t take up residence there in the first place!
Davy Jones' Locker: Dead men tell no tales. A dangerous expanse of sea known for relentless storms and cruel tides; not many ships make it through these waters intact.
Great Barrier Reef: It's not much from the ocean surface, but below, the Great Barrier Reef houses thousands of colorful aquatic life in the cascades of coral. These waters are particularly warm, and are home to plenty of tropical fish, sting rays, octopi, shrimp, starfish, and other lesser-known creatures and beings.
Atlantis: Thousands of leagues under the ocean, a once-great city lives in an underground cavern, kind of like the grease trap in your sink. It's surrounded by treacherous tasks and intimidating guardians. Only a small group of people have witnessed this beautiful city since it's destruction and are the sole guardians of the secrets it holds.
